Let’s say, you’re a software development company or a startup that builds software. Giving the provider of staff augmentation solutions the entire expertise and know-how may not be the wisest solution. While you’ll have ownership and intellectual property rights all sorted out in the contract, key individuals may leave the project or the provider may reassign them to other projects.
